When you're dealing with a stressful life event, it impacts both body and mind--and moving through it with dignity requires your body and your mind to be in alignment.


I combine my training as a licensed massage therapist, medical massage certification with my training as a wellness life coach to give my clients the extraordinary advantage of aligned body-mind support during this difficult time.

For over 20 years, I've worked alongside thousands of clients, helping them handle chronic stress, strain, and trauma in a healthy, aligned way. I provide them with the tools they need to deal skillfully with whatever their situation brings. As a result they're better able to create the kind of future they desire for themselves and their families. I also train and speak on body/mind alignment, Emotional Intelligence (EI) and integrated communication and I teach weekly courses on handling chronic anxiety and stress.
