Donna is a professional medical massage therapist; certified Star Magic Facilitator; Reiki Master; a Master NLP Coach; Speaker; Hypnotherapist and Trainer as well as being trained in Star Magic/Quantum Healing Technique.

Ionna makes every effort possible to be sure you receive the best possible outcome. Yet, reality is Donna cannot please everyone. If you buy a session by mistake and wish a different one then Donna will apply the money toward the new session.

If you do not show up for a class or session and did not give 24 hour notice to Donna then you are agreeing to forfeit the class or session and understand you will not be refunded as you are paying for her time. If you quit in the middle of any class or session, you will not be refunded for the remainder and will be charged for the time Donna has already put into the class or session.

Donna is awesome about rescheduling. If you need to, just let her know asap. She may also need to reschedule at times and will let you know as well. Life happens - I look forward to working with you!
